Natalie Baggio, MBA, BSN, RN

Natalie is an innovative, passionate, and energetic healthcare leader with over 15 years of experience. She currently serves as senior vice president of clinical operations and chief nursing executive for the South region of Corewell Health, the largest healthcare system in the state of Michigan. She leads a team of more than 900 registered nurses. She oversees surgical and cardiovascular services, women and children’s health, emergency medicine, behavioral health services, anesthesia, dialysis, oncology, and wound care services.

Throughout her tenure at Corewell Health, Baggio has been instrumental in leading nursing practice integration for the system, developing new service lines, and creating professional development pipelines for nurses. Natalie strives to create healthy work environments where nurses and patients thrive.

Baggio earned a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Leadership and went on to earn a Master of Business Administration degree from Webster University. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree from Chamberlain College of Nursing and is currently pursuing a Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) degree from Baylor University. Baggio was named to the 40 under 40 list by St. Louis Business Journal in 2016.
