Ms. Archer serves as the Associate Course Director Penn Nursing’s Streamlined Adult Gerontology Acute Care Nurse Practitioner program. She earned both her BSN and MSN from the University of Pennsylvania in 2012 and 2016 respectively, and is certified as an adult and gerontological acute care nurse practitioner. She has worked as a cardiology RN with Stony Brook Medicine and Penn Medicine, and began her NP career working with Legacy Health Cardiology in Portland, Oregon. In addition to her role at Penn Nursing, she also works at NYU Langone in the Heart Failure Advanced Care Center, LVAD Program, and heart transplant team.

I am always inspired by the various backgrounds of our students. In the streamlined program, we teach students from all over the US, with various initial NP degrees from various schools. Our students are parents, volunteers, veterans, first generation college graduates, non-native english speakers, and more, and all are fantastic clinicians.
