Thoughtful, informative profiles of Penn Nursing faculty, staff, and students is a central part of the content strategy of our website. Faculty and staff can manage profiles, but the Web team is always here to help you make the most of your profile.

Faculty Profiles

To make a change to a faculty profile, or to add publications to a profile, faculty should contact administrative staff in their department (FCH or BHS) to assist with editing and updating. For additional help, contact nursingweb@nursing.upenn.edu.

Publications on faculty profiles

Faculty publications are managed as a separate set of profiles, so they can be displayed on faculty profiles and searched separately on pages like Faculty Publications.

Publications are matched to their Penn Nursing author(s) by the “Faculty Author” field. This field can include multiple authors, with multiple names (Last, First) separated by semicolons.

  • Example with single author: McHugh, Matthew D.
  • Example with multiple authors: Aiken, Linda H.; Sloane, Douglas M.; McHugh, Matthew D.
